Anderson Wedding
We met Sean and Teila back in 2015 at Jason and McKenzie’s wedding – he was a groomsman and she was a bridesmaid. Sean ended up catching the garter that day, which (according to tradition) meant that he would be the next to marry, so it was a good thing that he and Teila had been together since high school.
Like most people who have been together for a long time, their wedding was extra special because it was a celebration of the years they’ve already shared, as well as warm wishes on a wonderful future together. They got married in Snohomish at the Antheia Ballroom on Luke’s 35th birthday, which made the day even more special for him. In fact, he jokingly took one of their wedding cupcakes and claimed it as his birthday cake. ;)
Sean’s eldest brother officiated the ceremony and they had a bunch of hearing-impaired friends in attendance, so the entire thing was signed by an ASL translator. It was really quite special. The night wrapped up with a spectacular grand exit that featured ribbon wands and, despite the temperature being just above freezing, we saw nothing but smiles as people stood outside to celebrate the newlyweds.
